Who we are
Cold Pour is a concept, not a product you can buy. The concept page and its list are run by Milman Maintenance Pty Ltd (ABN 17 658 811 771), based in Perth, Western Australia. We're the ones collecting your details and looking after them. Contact us any time at hello@coldpour.au.
What we collect
- When you reserve: your first name, email, postcode, the tier you picked and your answers (flavour, where you'd drink it, and what you take now), the time you reserved and your email consent.
- When you apply as a creator: your first name, email, social handle, main platform, follower range and your email consent.
- How you found us: the ad or link that brought you here (its UTM tags and Meta's click ID, called fbclid) and when you arrived. Your browser keeps these in session storage until you close the tab, and we save them with your reservation or application.
- Ad measurement: if Meta's pixel is switched on, it records visits and actions on this page (opening it, seeing the tiers, picking a tier, reserving, applying as a creator) along with technical details such as your browser, device and IP address, and may set cookies.
Why we collect it
- To run this test: to see how many people want Cold Pour, and which tier and options they'd choose.
- To email you about it, if you ticked the box: a short check-in, whether we're making it, and if we are, first access at your founding price.
- To measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
Who else handles it
- Klaviyo stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives the pixel data above to measure our ads. Meta handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
These companies may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
If we make it
If we go ahead, Cold Pour might launch under a different name, or be run by a new company we set up for it. If your details need to move for that, they'll only be used for the same purpose, and we'll tell you first.
How long we keep it
Until the test is over and we've told you whether we're making it. If we don't make it, we'll tell you and then delete the list. If we do, we keep your details while you stay on the list.
Unsubscribe, see or delete your details
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@coldpour.au. We'll reply within 30 days.
- To limit the Meta pixel, change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram, block third-party cookies, or use your browser's tracking protection.
